Shipping for heavy refractory materials

Many refractory products are heavy materials, so shipping cost can vary by destination, package weight, and order quantity. The final shipping rate is calculated at checkout after the delivery address is entered.

Automatic savings

Eligible savings are applied automatically at checkout. Orders over $300 receive 2% off. Registered customers receive 1% off, or 3% off when their order is over $300.

These savings can be used together with product sale prices when available.

Orders over 700 lb

For orders with a total weight over 700 lb, please contact us before purchasing. Larger orders may require a freight quote or a different shipping approach than standard parcel delivery.
